At OSCR you will find many of the comforts of home, where you will enjoy living in an affordable, safe, and well-maintained environment.
At OSCR we believe that aging, like all other stages of living, provides unique opportunities for human development. While recognizing that physiological changes associated with aging may impose limits, OSCR has chosen to focus on enriching the lives of seniors by promoting wellness, independence, and social interaction.
OSCR’s Apartment Tower is a rent-geared-to-income property, which accommodates 164 private one-bedroom apartments. These unfurnished, charming and clean apartments include all of the amenities of home, such as a private bath with safety features, full kitchen and living room. Cable television and phone access are available. Please note, not all units have the same floor plan.
Available to eligible tenants of the Apartment Tower are OSCR's Supports for Daily Living services (SDL). These services include a wide range of personal supports such as hygiene, activities of daily living, homemaking, attendant services, safety and reassurance checks. There is no cost to eligible tenants for these services.
