Community and Services → Healthy Living Programs
We offer a wide range of programs and activities to help you reach your own personal goals, while simultaneously getting you comfortable with your new home and friends. We schedule physical, cognitive, and social programs & events at OSCR on a daily basis. Regular bus trips are organized based upon client’s interests to encourage independence and socialization outside of OSCR.
Your feedback is important as we strive to offer new exciting programs. Quarterly focus groups and our resident suggestion box ensure that we are providing high quality client-focused services.
Our close-knit Healthy Living Programs team strongly believes our philosophy translates to our clients, creating a inclusive environment. We work as a team to live up to our mission, providing client focused services.
There is no age limit to enjoying life to its fullest! At OSCR, you can enjoy a wide variety of activities and programs including:
Keep fit, be well, and stay active by participating in fitness and wellness activities that energize and motivate.
Fitness & Wellness:
OSCR offers an on-site spiritual centre, which is available for private prayer & meditation. Services are offered for specific denominations as requested by those who live at OSCR.
We've got exciting events every month for the whole community. Our goal is to enable everyone to have fun, relax and enjoy life.
